Butter churning and the products that come from it in addition to butter (such as skimmed milk, cottage cheese and butter milk)
will be explained and demonstrated at Hancock’s Resolution on Sunday June 7th by Betty Ann Blanchard,
a direct descendent of the Hancock family. Come see how it was done essentially everywhere on old family farms.
