For Mother’s Day, we had 54 visitors and $56. The moms love using the special teacups and the rest of the visitors love the homemade cookies.

School Outreach Update
On April 24th and May 15th Kristi Wetzel and Bill traveled to Millersville and Jacobsville Elementary schools to give presentations to 55 Kindergarten students and 80 fourth grade students (3 classes that rotated between 3 rooms).
On May 11 Hancock’s hosted 50 students and 10 chaperones from Ft. Smallwood Elementary School. The students rotated to four stations. Kristi presented the gardens, Peggy presented the family, the house and the kitchen, Lisa Hart presented the store and Bill presented farm equipment used to grow the crops.
All of the students were involved in our presentations and responded in a positive manner.
Both Millersville and Jacobsville Elementary school offices gave us great feedback. The teachers from Ft. Smallwood were pleased and excited to be back at Hancock’s after several years of not being able to attend in person at Hancock’s.
Thank all of you docents for making this possible.

In order to keep up to date with our financial stuff
we have decided to use H & R Block. We continue to work on this project.
