| Date June 21, 2026 |
Activity Asquith Sharpshooters – a Scouting America Venture Crew based out of Dundalk, MD. Our primary presentation is representative of the 1st Baltimore Sharp Shooters, a rifle company that was raised out of Baltimore in 1813. We wear our uniforms and bring items the soldiers would have carried or interacted with in their day to day lives. We also have the supplies to show some basic British uniforms of the time (including flintlock muskets to compare and contrast with the rifles) and some children’s and women’s activities, such as games, cooking, ropemaking, and sewing.
